Customer Reviews
I took my 12 year old daughter here for back 2 school nails. They accepted me as a walk-in on a Sunday at 4:30pm and they close at 5pm. The ladies were nice in the shop and the one who did my daughters nails Yen was friendly. My daughter said it was awkward at 1st, but finally Yen started engaging in conversation with her. She got acrylic nails and they charged her $60 for getting a certain nail polish. At one point I did feel they were talking about me and my toddler son who was in the shop but other than that the service was fine. She didn’t get her hand massaged during the manicure like I’ve seen at other places, but she was happy with how they turned out so I’m happy. I would return in the future.
I had a very unpleasant experience at New Line Nails. I was charged $20 just to have my nails soaked off, which felt like a complete rip-off. I’ve been to many other salons where this service costs much less and is done far more professionally. The technician told me the reason for the $20 charge was because it “took a long time,” but the reality is that I was waiting while she worked on another client for most of that time. When she finally got to me, she was very harsh while removing my nails, which made the experience even worse. As I was leaving, I mentioned that $20 felt overpriced for a soak-off. They responded by saying they charged that much because they were being “extra gentle,” and that if they had done it the “usual way,” it would’ve cost less but hurt more. That explanation did
I always go to Newline nails! Very good long lasting dip and gel manicures and they are super friendly and care about customer satisfaction. I have had so many fun experiences trying out new colors and styles and they are always helpful when deciding what I want to have done.
This is one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. The service is always rushed and most of the staff is very unfriendly. Glad I have found a new place near by.
I had such a great time! The ladies at this location are so sweet. They have lots of experience doing nails, ranging from 15-20 years! Tina shaped my acrylics so nicely, and Kim finished them with a beautiful gloss. I didn’t get the last lady’s name who checked me out, but she was wonderful as well! Thank you, ladies for a fantastic, professional, and quick nail experience ❤️
