I have been in North Carolina for 2 years and I have been struggling to find a stylist that I really liked. Yesterday I saw Jennifer and I love my hair and have scheduled for a color! I can't say enough about the quality of service and attentiveness I recieved!

Andriean is my girl she's amazing. I've been going to her for 3 years now. Never had she disappointed me! All the women there are great. Very friendly atmosphere, great prices, and excellent customer service.

I called about getting my haircut and was told to come on. I told the stylist I had to put my dog up and I would be on the way. I NEVER gave her a time frame on my arrival, especially since they clearly advertised "Walk Ins Welcome". Upon arrival I was told that the stylist had just left. When I asked if anyone was available to do it, I was told "Sorry, no". I am fully aware that there would be a wait due to my walking in for service, however this was not a option given to me. I'm extremely upset due to having a death in the family and having a funeral to go to tomorrow as I explained to the lady on the phone. Andriean has been doing my hair for 3 years and she always does an awesome job!! She is always so professional and friendly!! The rest of the staff is always so fun to be around and feel like family! I highly recommend the New You salon!!

I have A LOT of hair and not many people can cut it properly. Not only does my hair and color look amazing, but the staff is friendly, helpful and fun. The are able to tame the mane! I also LOVE the way they wash my hair. It's like a day at the spa. Pure Heaven.
