New York Nails Spa

I got a full acrylic set with gel, absolutely satisfied with that! He was great and quick. Even brought me some water during my service! My only complaint is that he nicked me a couple times. However, I’m rating 3 stars because of the pedicure. I’m not a fan of the metal callous remover… the girl was so rough with me! It started to hurt after a while. I felt like she was never going to stop and my feet weren’t even that bad. I just had a pedicure 4 weeks prior. Now, hours after the service, my feet are still sore! The foot massage was rough as well. I don’t think she was rushing just heavy handed. Polish was phenomenal. Please excuse my pregnant feet!

In the picture that I show in one of those pictures is what I wanted and that is what I got. I got cut a piece of skin took off of my left ring finger. The hearts were not like they were in the picture. I don’t really have a problem with that. But I have been to this nail salon before, and it was a beautiful young lady who did them the last time perfectly so I know they could’ve done better than this

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! New York Nails is filthy and the people in this place do not know what they are doing. I came in for a gel removal and manicure and I left with bleeding cuticles and damaged nails. The worker took so much off my nail that I won't be able to paint them for many months. This is a horror story that I'm still suffering from a week later. My nails are ruined.

Absolutely horrible place! I got the basic manicure and it was the worst service I have ever received! She cut my nail bed and it started bleeding and then GOT MAD AT ME when I flinched and it messed up my nail because she put some chemical in my cut. I also didn’t receive the full package no hand massage or anything. DO NOT COME HERE!also her name is Sarah

Slow wait times and I received a rushed pedicure. He didn’t do all of the steps of a pedicure nor did he use the products of the pedicure that I chose. Won’t be coming here again. And this place is filthy.
