New World Nail & Spa

Please be warned about New World Nails. My daughter got a dip manicure and every single finger is bleeding. The nail tech refused to do anything about it and still charged full price. The nail tech applied cuticle oil to her bleeding nails and put the bloody applicator back in the bottle to use on their next client. Her hand has been throbbing since leaving she can't even flex her fingers and the bleeding/swelling took hours to stop.

Everything is 10/10. The staff is amazing, they follow appointment times, they are incredibly clean and my dip manicures last 4 weeks and still look good as new! You will love it here. Not to mention their pedicures + spa pedicures which will leave you feeling pretty & pampered

Beautiful clean modern spot in a not so welcoming plaza that does not do it justice. Bella did my pedi spa and gel mani and she did a wonderful job. Def no short cuts here. Customer service was superb. Even when I was analyzing the rest of the workers they were all attentive to their customers.

Typically they do a great job here, but I had a tech that was just very careless today and not mindful of the outcome of my nails, as she was rushing to take other clients and left me with horrendous looking nails. I’m giving 2 stars because majority of the time, they come out great but there has been a couple of times where I was just completely dissatisfied. After coming here for 3 years, unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I always come here to get my nails done I like it because it is a clean and pleasant space and they are very attentive and kind always do a great service :)
