This is more than a beauty supply shop; it’s like visiting a candy store with an extensive inventory (many items not found any where else), VERY knowledgeable and friendly staff. When I say “knowledgeable” I mean the staff know more than just their inventory, they know other stores’ inventories: I was looking for a particular type of hair piece which they don’t stock but they referred me to another store in Little Rock that did stock it. The staff have ALWAYS been polite and patient, giving advice when asked and repeating things as I’m hard-of-hearing. They don’t try to sell me something extra or suggest something more expensive. Their goal is to help you look pretty and make it an enjoyable experience, not some unsmiling chore that adds to the cash register. There’s a kind of atmosphere

I just left this store I went to return 2 items in the amount of $20 I presented my receipt and asked for a refund the lady was so rude with such a nasty attitude she replied to me we don't do refunds‼️ I explained to her that it didn't say anything about no refunds nor returns on my receipt so I checked around to see if anything was posted on the walls or doors and I couldn't find anything so after she had spoken to me so nasty I grabbed my 2 items from the counter and I asked could I have my receipt back she refused to give me my receipt back didn't say anything just looked at me in a mean way so I replied to her don't worry about it and left. Now I know for sure that good customer service is at an all-time low she made me feel so horrible I will not recommend this place to anyone, peopl

The clerk at place will mislead on prices especially when it comes to low budget weave bundles that's cheaper on Amazon. Decided that the hair wasn't worth and asked for a refund before leaving the store. The clerk yelled no refund its to late. ENTER THIS STORE @YOUR OWN RISK.

I like the savings system they have with your phone number, but I noticed they do not have prices on alot of their items, you have to ask them the price. Some things here are higher priced than their neighboring beauty suppliers! I wish it was more space to move around in the back by the crochet hair because on busy days you can barely move around in there. Good customer service and great inventory.
