New Trend

I had my first experience at New Trend today and I am very displeased. I received a full set of "volume lashes" They were way too long and extremely messy. Luckily I was able to go somewhere else the same day and they were able to remove them very easily. Unfortunately I spoke to the manager and I was not able to receive a refund of my 285$ and was told if I wanted to get them removed and get a new shorter set I would have to pay for it which didn't really make much sense to me, but oh well, I will not be returning. Glad I found a new place that was able to accommodate me so nicely.🥰

Every single person is phenomenal! I've been with Kayla and Brittney for years and the team from the front desk to the back is amazing. Everyone is happy to help and I walk out like the Goddess I am every time ❤️ New Trend is Goddess-Tier! 💅❤️ salon is clean, comfortable, and the girls do great work from lashes, brows, and hair and more!

First time at this salon, it was a great experience! The salon is so cute and very clean & the staff is super friendly. They also have great prices in my opinion! Angelica did my hair and she was great! Love it so much and will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years, and the girls here have always been amazing , professional, kind, and they do great work. This has always been my go-to salon whenever I’m in Delaware. I did want to mention one thing for future customers: please avoid booking with LEE. She didn’t handle my hair correctly — she wasn’t touching the roots with the flat iron and kept doing multiple passes that can damage the hair. When I politely asked her to stop, she reacted by raising her voice, and disrespecting me. The salon reached out to me and is handling the situation, and I truly appreciate that. The rest of the team is wonderful and professional, which is why I’m still giving 5 stars. This has always been a great salon, just be mindful not to book with LEE.
