New Ten Nails

Long-time customer here. The owners are welcoming and their pedicures are consistently excellent. Unfortunately, my recent detailed acrylic manicure was rushed, and the close-up work (cuticles and design placement) lacked precision, even after asking for corrections. Great for pedicures, but not ideal for intricate acrylics or nail designs. Update: It’s been a week since I did my nails and the acrylic is lifting, I also lost a nail.

Terrible experience… Very unprofessional.. I asked if I could file my nail myself to my liking, and she left me mid way and started working on another customer…… The acrylic she layed out was only in the middle of the nail,not on the sides..? Acrylic layout was uneven. + it’s more expensive than my regular salon Highly disappointed☹️

I really wanted to try a local spot and kept an open mind. Just went in for a simple pedicure with regular polish. I think I had someone new or not as experienced. Given it’s New Year’s Day so prob short staffed. Their nail polish was definitely old.. I picked a light pink color that he had to do 3 coats. He messed up a few times and tried to save it by painting a 4th layer over one nail and you can just see the contrast. I still don’t say anything. I let them dry, but they are not drying. I finally tell the other lady that I really don’t like the color and with all the layers, it’s not gonna dry. She agrees and we changed the color to white. All goes well at first and then I sat there for over 30 min while it’s trying to dry. Mind you it is cold outside and they had no heat on inside- my

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The service felt rushed and careless, and there was little to no attention to detail. My nails were uneven, the shape was completely off from what I asked for, and polish was messy around the edges. When I tried to point out issues, it felt brushed off rather than fixed properly. The overall environment didn’t feel very clean or relaxing, and the experience felt more stressful than anything. For the price and time spent, I expected at least basic care and professionalism, but unfortunately this was far below that. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I was really excited to try this place but ended up disappointed. The service felt rushed, communication was poor, and my nails chipped quickly (2 acrylic nails in the span of 1 week!). Not the experience I was expecting.
