If I could give this place a 0.. I would. The bar is soooo low. Brenda and Fiona specifically. So unprofessional, and disgusting behavior. I was yelled at by Brenda for not tipping Fiona after her taking 3 hours to do 4 fingers of French and then I ended up telling her to take it off and just do a regular color.. I had to pay 55 after negotiating with Jason.. horrible service and experience overall. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

First time at New Style Nails and Spa yesterday since my nail technician is on vacation. I figured reviews weren't as bad compared to others in the area. I called, and the phone service was polite and prompt. I showed up needing a spa pedicure and a builder's gel fill on my natural 3/4" long almond shape natural nails - both w/ clear gel finish. Lisa did my Lavander Spa Pedicure. She's been there for about a month or so; however, she has worked in the field for over a year. She was able to communicate in English, was sweet and attentive, and seemed to have a good eye for detail. Unfortunately, that was not the case, although I know she gave it her best. The shop is near my neighborhood so I decided to hop in and give it a try. I read many of the other reviews and they don't seem very positive, but the place wasn't as bad as I expected. I thought the price was pretty fair and I didn't really notice them being mean to me when I gave a $5 tip. I also made sure to took good care of my nails so there was no infection.

Been going to this place for over a year. Never had an issue, I always get my nails done with Jason. Last time he sent me over to a different person and a day after I got the manicure I got the most horrible infection on my fingernail. I went over to Jason to explain what happened and was totally ignored. He looked at it and didn’t seem too phased by the sight of my finger, kept working as if I wasn’t there anymore. I left and will never go back. After this incident, I discovered other people who also got infections from their lack of hygiene at the salon. I don’t wish this pain upon anyone. It’s been a week and I have a long way to go until it heals.

if i could give this place a 0 i would i sent my wife money for her nails and she came back with disgusting nails, and i as being yelled at just bc she didn’t leave a tip, meanwhile she spent 3 hours!!!! on the nails. don’t recommend.
