New Skin Medical Spa

Dr. Sherman is a wonderful doctor. He is caring, concerned, and addressed all my concerns. This is the reason I struggled with posting this review. However, in dealing with the office staff/appointment scheduler for New Skin Medical, I have never felt so unwelcome in any business in my entire life. I recently called the office to cancel an appointment and was not asked if I would like to reschedule. This is usually the first question a doctor’s office asks you when cancelling an appointment. A couple of times in the past, I received a text to confirm an appointment, which I did, and later, I would get a text for a different time without a confirmation request. Awesome visit. Rain explained everything clearly and I was very comfortable and confident with her doing my laser tattoo removal. She numbed me up with ice and worked quickly. It didnt feel good at all but was very bearable and much better than I expected. My arms burned a little on the way home but they feel much better now. Just a dull ache. The price was great and I cant wait to go back and start to see results.

Love this place. Erin was awesome, as always. I was informed of everything before proceeding with my injections. Very, very satisfied and will be back!!

This place does not care about their clients and does not do their due diligence. They perform procedures with little knowledge or experience just to make money. I usually am not a person to complain which is why it took me a year to give this review. A year ago, I went in for a service of tattoo removal. I had a small red tattoo on my chest that I thought was pretty but I wanted it replaced with something more personal. I went to this place and got the laser treatment to lighten the tattoo. After the treatment I had horrible hypopigmentation. I am an African American so you can imagine my tattoo looking smuggled with big areas of white skin surrounding it. The place had not taken my skin type into consideration. I was left with this ugly mark on chest. A year has passed and it still isn’t

Great customer service. Answered all my questions. I had a ppl done and only needed a few spots zapped. They charged me accordingly. Rain was very polite, professional, and I love that she explained as she went along, so I knew what to expect.
