Nasty nasty nasty I’ve come I’ve lived up the block from this store for 8 yrs and I come all the time and it’s only bc they are close but they are nasty and rude don’t wanna help and asking for anything is an issue and you will be stalked like a wild animal bc they think everyone is a thief not only that this lady watched me go to the atm take out 200 dollars to pay for my things and still say can I give her change bc she didn’t trust the twenty I jsut gave her . Disgusting treating costumers like this

Cashier was nice however the woman standing at the front was rude. No greetings upon entry, no how can I help you. Just a mean stare and uncomfortable energy. Again the cashier was nice and friendly but the other lady was rude…won’t be back! It would be nice to support business of color but…yeah, this business is a no for me.

Kind neighborhood convenience. I appreciate their service. Black owned & operated. No following u around the store like you’re a Thief!!! They will order things for u that aren’t generally in stock such as very long braiding or weaving hair. 30” human hair bundles etc with a deposit ofcourse.

I used to love coming here. For the most part they have a variety of hair goods, however. This post is for the nasty girl that is at the register. She does not greet, say thank you, nothing! Customer service is lacking.

Love the items nd hair there they extremely rude but who cares nd the braiders are over priced but they real good my 14 year old daughter did knotles box braids 200 I do my on 125st 150 but hers be laced lol
