New Nails & Spa

This has been my trusted nail salon for years! Acrylic nails or manicures Anna is always my go to girl. She does an amazing job with the designs and will help me find the best colors for what I have in mind! I’ve had some experiences in the past with rougher nail techs, but not with Anna. In all the years I’ve been going to her I don't think I’ve ever walked out with even a scrape!

Absolutely AMAZING service, I got my nails done for the first time in June with my sister and law and have been back everytime ever since. The workers are very friendly and extremely accommodating. I also appreciated them going to great measures to make sure the shape and design was right! (Posted pictures are what I asked for and what I got, I ended up getting a little shorter than the picture!)

I dont usually come here but my place was booked for the day. I may have got a new person 🤷‍♀️ I asked for a pedicure at the front desk. I went to pick a color (i was looking for black with glitter in it.) He said he would just put glitter on black. He didnt check the water, it was EXTREMELY hot, I pulled my foot out making a huge mess. He cut me when trimming my cuticles. He didnt ask which pedicure I wanted so he didnt do any of the extras I wanted like wax or lotion massage. I was going to ask but he had already started putting my sandals on. Then he paints my nails black with no glitter. I asked about it and he said it's really small so I can't see it 🤦‍♀️ I give up because it's just paint. I pay and he leaves me in my chair. He finally comes back by and says i need to wait 10min. No w

The gel manicure provided by Amy was exceptional, particularly given the natural straightness of my nail tips. Her work truly demonstrates artistic skill.

i’ve been coming here for henry for the past 5 years and he’s been really great but lately I feel like since I come often and this shop is comfortable with me they feel they can stretch my patience. I moved 3 years ago to kansas city and decided at the time to keep going to henry because I trusted him so much so I still drive an hour to come see him. 2 weeks ago I made an appointment and called an hour and a half before my appointment and they told me he was available and when I got there he wasn’t feeling good? but they didn’t tell me that before driving an hour and a half. I called today at 1pm for an appointment for 3pm and when I got there they had me waiting with my feel in the water bowl for an extra 50 minutes. they didn’t come to me till 3:50. what’s the point of me driving an hour
