New Nail Spa

Amy is amazing and so sweet. My first time here, but definitely not the last. She was all about giving me sweet Valentine's Day nails. She didn't rush. And the pedi was awesome too!

I absolutely LOVE New Nail Spa! They are the only people I trust to do my nails. Amy and Tom always do such a great job and take their time to make sure everything is perfect. They always remember me when I come in and follow up with me about things I talk about at previous appointments. The salon is always clean and organized. Highly recommend!! 💜

The only reason I go here is because its close & I only get simple nail & feet work done. also Tom is nice and easy going & he does great nail work. Amy on the other hand is horrible at nail work i have a bad experience every time. Her attitude is always bad & she's rude

I went and waited 10-15 min. The delusion lady comes over and says “let’s go outside to talk” she tells me she doesn’t service me! What? What did I do? She shakes her head and walks back in. I’ve never in my life left a bad impression there. For her to single me out for no reason is so inappropriate, rude and clearly she’s mistaken me for someone else. Idk know the lady’s problem.

I called ahead to request GEL nail application. I was very specific that I wanted gel NAILS, not just gel POLISH. I was assured she could do that. I also requested a pedicure. I received the most bare bones pedicure I've ever had. My real complaint is that I walked away with ACRYLIC nails, not GEL nails. And not nicely done ones at that. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that it was a language barrier issue, but that doesn't explain the poor quality of the finished product.
