New Nail House

I truly wanted to like this place seeing as how it was a Tuesday at 6 o’clock when I came in with no appointment and they took me for a fill-in and a pedicure. While I was getting the service, everything seemed fine very nice pedicure and the two girls that did my filling and pedicure were very nice and professional. However, after a week, unfortunately, my nails started lifting. Very disappointing as there are so many nail salons, you would think that they would all be using high-quality products since there was so much competition around.

I've been going here for years. The entire staff is talented and pay great attention to detail. John and Jackie are so sweet and Alex is an incredible nail technician. No matter who you go to you will be satisfied. I travel 35 minutes to come here every 2 weeks since I moved away from town.

Very disappointed . Today I took my daughter for her first acrylics and a design, we had rang several times before we visited to ensure they could do acrylics and the designs like they clearly show on their adverts which they said wasn’t a problem, reality is that when we arrived the guy seemed very uninterested, didn’t even say hello nicely to us or my daughter and then grumpily started on her nails (20 mins late as well) . When she showed him the simple design she wanted he smirked and muttered “we can’t do that”. This really upset my daughter, he didn’t care at all. What a joke of a place and terrible customer service. We then rang coco nails who sound great and will be saving the day !!!!! Do not go here especially with your daughter , it almost ruined her day.

Nail House is the top-notch nail salon in my vicinity. Having had my nails done for over a decade, I've never experienced a lasting result like this – a month without any issues, even with my hands constantly at work. Since switching to Nail House, no more worries about broken nails for me.

Went there and techs were great . The owner however would not accept nail house gift cards. His excuse was. he did not own the salon when the cards were purchased . When a gift card is purchased for the Nail House and presented for redemption at The Nail House. it should be honored. Period! Bad business practice!
