New Nail and Spa

I’ve been going to this salon since they first opened and the customer service has declined greatly. The owner is not pleasant. Regardless of having an appointment I have had to wait to sit for my nails for 20-30 minutes. During my appointment the past 4 times they have gotten up from the chair and made me wait longer and even switch out different technicians in the middle which has caused them to mess up my nails. They did offer me a $5 coupon for my next session for the mess up but it doesn’t make much of a difference when their prices are this expensive. I have always been a polite and loyal customer to new nails but I cannot put up with this treatment numerous times. Will not be returning to this salon.

From my feet to my hands, they looked amazing. And the massage chair, uff, it was a plus. They're very attentive and kind. I loved it! Excellent work, Excellent price.

I went to get French tips on my nails and pedicure on 12/14/23 because have my maternity shoot coming up. This was at 5:30pm. I got my nails done by the owner in the first chair and feet done by a lovely lady. My pedicure came out great but my nails looks horrible. Not only did he only put 1 code or clear pink and one coat of white when I asked for two; He barely finished my nails before he left and started cleaning and preparing to go home. My nails turned out horrible. It is see through and looks like I have my nails one for one week rather than one day. I voiced that I didn’t not like that and he dismissed me as he already had his coat on walking out the door. He was also speaking about me and laughing to his coworkers and pointing to me. I called and asked to have my nails redone and

I was very happy with my results. Gel manicure and a pedicure. Hanna was very nice. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis. In fact the whole staff was pleasant. 👍🏼.

The lady who did my nails was very nice but the gel nail polish lasted about 4 days and my nails are so cracked after this experience. Also the place feels a bit dirty. Would not go back but the lady was nice so I feel bad but still - not a great place
