New Model Salon

Im shocked from the way i was treated when i walked into the salon.. very very rude & unprofessional 😒 They also overcharged me, a Haircut is $15 & $1 Credit Card Fees then they charged me $19

I had an amazing experience with jimmy! He really listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life. The beige highlights came out perfect—super natural, blended, and exactly what I asked for. He was also really kind, patient, and made the whole process relaxing and fast.

I asked for a layered haircut and for the lady not to cut it above my shoulders. She just kept cutting and cutting. Now I have an ugly haircut that doesn’t match my hair type.

Fast and friendly and the ladies did a wonderful job on my son's hair.

1 star because of price and 1 star for Mike being nice. Receptionist is not as nice but for a $12 fade .. you most def get what you pay for.
