Mila, permanent makeup artist ☆☆☆☆☆ Absolutely amazing experience! Mila, the PMU artist is a true professional and a hidden gem. Her mastery and precision are rare — my brows and upper eyelid tightline came out perfectly natural and beautifully shaped. Everything was super clean and sterile, and there was no bleeding at all! The numbing mix worked incredibly well — I felt almost no pain even though two areas were done in one appointment. She has a great aesthetic eye and such steady hands. I loved her story about her qualification exam — she tattooed on a balloon without popping it! That says it all about her skill and control. Booking was easy, the location convenient, and she made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality permanent

Mila is WONDERFUL!!! She always made me feel comfortable when doing my eyebrows and she knows how to make the shape fit your face and she’s super nice. 10/10 would recommend!! Hidden gem in all of nyc

If i could give zero stars i would. I was butchered and charged $80. I came in asking for a simple layer cut with the side bangs and instead I got a sloppy haircut. The bangs are uneven just like the rest of the haircut. I can't even put it in a pony tail without everything sticking out. When I told her I didn't like the haircut she said she was gonna trim it and instead cut two inches off. And then she had the audacity to charge a additional 30$ to style my hair in attempt to fix it. When I told her i was not satisfied I was still prompted to pay. Your better off going to a Chinese hair salon at least they listen to you.

Awful experience! Alla did a horible job. She made a mistake by using different hair color but never admited it and she blamed my hair by calling it "the nightmare of any hairmaster". She tried to fix it and colored the second time at the end she said " ерунда какая-то"...very disrespectful and rude. Will not recommend anyone!

I wanted a balayage but the " stylist" left the bleach in my hair way too long and melted it away. It was the worst experience ever, she didnt even have to cut my hair, about 6 inches just fell off. After that she tried to blame me for my hair care, claming that it was my fault that my hair fell off from the bleach. She charged me $160 for a mediocre job and a bad color. I will never step a food on this salon. Please don't waste your money.
