Not at all like I wanted! I asked for a neck length wolf cut and I got a ear length bob. I requested layers in each side yet she didn't give me any at all and thinned out my hair when I didn't want her to. Now I'm left looking like Lord Farqaad, and I have to spend even MORE money to go to a different place and get my hair cut AGAIN! It was so bad I was in tears and I don't even want to leave my house until I can get a appointment at another place.

We had an amazing experience with Kristin! She did a great job cutting my daughters hair exactly how she wanted it and you could not be at the prices. Absolutely amazed! Great experience.

My son gets his haircut with Jackie; she does a great job! Had her style my hair for an Xmas party; it looks so good. Would highly recommend this local barber shop. The other stylists appear to great work with their customers too.

My go to hair stylist was traveling and unavailable for the month plus and took a recommendation. Be sure to ask if the hair stylist can do foils. Mine didn’t and I assumed she did. The “receptionist” didn’t bring that to my attention when I called to make the appointment and specifically asked for a foil. The stylist did offer pulling it through a cap, but that’s not the look I wanted.

I love seeing Val at New London Barbers! She always does a perfect job coloring my hair, and asks me questions to make sure she's getting it exactly how I want it.
