Mel was absolutely phenomenal with helping me with some pregnancy pains that were making it really hard to operate on a day to day basis. She helped me figure out what was going on, and how I can stretch and move in certain ways to alleviate the pain, gave me a ton of tips for my first time birth, and followed up with a great massage that actually COMPLETELY got rid of the worst of my pain for like 4 days! Would highly recommend seeing Mel for any pregnant ladies.

Mel was our doula for 2 births. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to have birth support (which, let's be honest, is most of us!). She met with my husband and I a few times before the birth to answer any questions we had, discuss our birth plan, and to teach us about the stages of labor and birth. I thought the education we received about labor far exceeded other birth class I attended. Once in labor, her support was instrumental. She really helped to calm my nerves, encourage me and empower me. Thanks Mel!

Mel made all the difference in my birth. There were many times I didn't think I could keep going and she continued to give me so much love and support.
