I just started making massage a regular part of my self-care routine. Don't let Bridget fool you: she may be petite, but she knows exactly how to use her thumbs to her elbows to dig into the nooks of your neck down to the tips of your toes. She knows how to maneuver your joints and bendy bits without saying a word to keep the peaceful atmosphere while delivering pure comfort. Even if I had to budget, Bridget wouldn't be going anywhere. Side note: even if you don't think you need to, take a gas-x a few hours before you go. "I was so comfortable that a toot just slipped out" may seem like a compliment, but nobody wants that.

I've seen Bridget for a few years now, and I'm so happy New Leaf is so close to me!! Very cozy and welcoming place. Bridget is an amazing massage therapist, she's helped me tremendously. I always feel great after a session with her. She's a miracle worker when it comes to my sciatica, only pain relief I've ever gotten. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend that everyone give New Leaf try!

This adorable place is a diamond 💎 in the rough!!! It is so warm and inviting from the moment I walked in the door I felt the stress leaving! Bridget is incredible talented and the massage was PERFECT! I will be coming back regularly!
