Wow❤️ Wow❤️ Wow❤️ I went to see Kelly today for the first time seeking some relief and to speed up healing for a recent hip strain. I honestly cant believe what a difference this 60 minute session made. When I shuffled in I was really struggling to walk and couldnt even stand up straight due to muscle tightness. I still cant walk great, but my stance is definitely improved and I can stand up straight without pain. She gave me the options of what I wanted her to focus on, and boy she delivered! It was the deepest, gentlest, massage I have ever had. She was very in tune and zoned in on what felt good and made sure she wasnt hurting me at the same time. I appreciated the massage atire she prefers, sports bra or tank top and athletic short..so at no time did I feel uncomfortable or exposed. Th

I do a lot of weight lifting In the gym and work construction. Kelly is amazing in figuring out where my muscles are strained and getting them back to feeling good. I highly recommend her for taking care of the client. I always walk out feeling better than when I came in.

I had never received a massage before seeing Kelly and I was a little nervous and unsure of what to expect. She does a great job of helping you feel comfortable and working through your soreness, pain and mobility issues. There have been several instances that I’m so sore from CrossFit I can hardly move, but after seeing Kelly I’m seriously good as new. She is so talented at what she does and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

Kelly is awesome! I had some specific pain in my left lower back area and she really took the time to ask questions regarding where the pain was, what may have caused it, what movements make it worse...In just one session, she was able to pinpoint a few areas to work on specifically which drastically helped reduce the pain. Her passion for helping people to be pain-free is very obvious and comes through in her work. She's professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be going to Kelly again!
