Amazing customer service! The staff here are incredibly patient and genuinely care about making sure you’re happy. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and, when the first design wasn’t exactly what I had in mind, they kindly redid it without any hesitation. No rushing, no attitude—just professionalism and care. I truly appreciated how accommodating they were, and the final result was perfect. I would give them 0 if that was an option, on Sunday 28th my mother, my 4 daughters (two of them teenagers) and myself went there for new years nails, the experience was so bad none of us were happy with the work, for example, the person who did my mother’s nails did such a bad job that the owner had to redo them, my mom was constantly asking her to not make them so thick, she showed her the exact shape she wanted and she still got the shape she said she didn’t like and the thickest nails I’ve seen in my life! My nails were not even glued well and it literally hurts to have them on, also the French manicure is so ugly I’m ashamed to show my hands, my daughter’s nails were so bad, the same lady that did my mother’s nails did hers, the design was nothing like what she asked for, it looked li

Jessie is incredible! Meticulous, clean, and uniform nails every single time. The ownership changed and I’ve been a customer for over 15 years - the place is still my go to place for manicures and pedicures. Highly recommend 10/10!
