New Lady Nails

I got my eyebrows waxed here and I now have two eyebrow arches. When the lady waxed my eyebrows she she a sheet of silk cut up and it was too wide and she put wax on my eyebrows and brow bone area which is very sensitive and now I have a hard crust where the skin is trying to heal. I would not recommend letting them do your eyebrows here.

I’ve been going to this salon on and off since about 2008. Today was the absolute worst I walked in for a pedicure, underarm wax, & Brazilian wax. It was an older lady with a bob that I’ve never seen before. I had to roll down the tissue paper on the bed because the waxer was just going to lay me on a clothed sheet. Then she proceeded to lay the wax down in the wrong direction & lift in the wrong direction. I know for a fact, I’m going to have ingrowns. She ran the soft wax, at least 5/6 times over multiple areas. With soft wax, you’re only supposed to apply it once after that, your skin can lift. My skin is literally raw. I stopped her after 50 minutes and asked her if she can go ask someone for help. She stated that everyone went home for the night. At this point I’m pissed! Not to ment

The worse pedicure I ever had in my life. The lady cut my toe nail down to the bed cause nerve pain! When I spoke to out of pain she offered to sell me an acrylic. Bad customer service, a guy did my nails good paint bad filing didnt give cuticle oil, lotion or nothing...they need a zero star..now I understand why there is no wait time and there ALWAYS EMPTY...they charge just as high so spend your money someplace else.

First time at this location, and I wanted something that I'd seen online. I was quoted a price and that's exactly what I paid! Philip said that he was able to do it, and with help from his colleague he came as close to what I had asked for as possible. The associates were kind and not only helpful to me but to each. They showed patient with another customer who had two toddlers with her. Will definitely being going back again My nails look great! What a wonderful and fun experience. Really hope this is my new nail place.

The lady that did my nails was so rude. I moved and she slightly yanked my hand towards her then kept making little smart remarks. Didn’t start “being nice” until she was almost finished then didn’t even say thank you after I paid ( because she wanted a tip after she was rude the entire time) & even though I said hey.. I don’t like how this is can you please fix it, she just cut me off and said she already knows what I mean but she still did the wrong thing in the end. I don’t know if she was upset that the AC wasn’t working but her customer service isn’t the best & I think she was the manager acting like we were bothering her by asking simple questions
