New Kaya

The people are friendly, but they advertise the price for threading next to the register but each time I gets it done each person charges a different price higher than what is quoted on the board. That’s not professional.

Update: They double book customers and have no respect for the customer’s time. Yesterday I went for my 2 daughters haircuts at the appointment time they had given me. I arrived on time. As soon as I entered I was told to go back and return in 30 mins. They had called me twice WHILE I WAS DRIVING TO THEIR SALON when they left those 2 missed calls, NO VOICEMAIL with message. This was the second time they’ve done this. Once in the past as well the same thing happened. We opted to sit and wait instead of going back and returning that time. So they kept us waiting for 45-mins after our appointment time. We’ve found Hair Cuttery in Princeton for our kids. They have the same pricing and if you don’t want a specifically Indian hairstyle they are good. We won’t be taking our kids to Kaya again.

Not recommended. The service is extremely poor. They’ve increased their prices, but the quality has not improved at all. Recently, I had a bad experience where they kept me waiting for 15 minutes, and when I asked, they said it would take another 10 minutes. To add to the frustration, there were no other customers in sight.

They have no clue what they’re doing. I went there to get my upperlip and chin threading done. She left a lot of hair on my upperlip and even after mentioning, she couldn’t take the hair out telling me that they’re small. I never had anyone tell me that before. I was also very annoyed being pointed out about my acne problem again and again. Totally disappointed

Very polite & professional! Cost friendly and efficient. I only go for threading but they’re well known locally for doing hair and waxing! I love they always try and fit me in as a walk in when they can because of my work schedule it’s hard for me to make appointments. I love it there!
