New Image Salon

The first time I came here it was great. Recently I went in for another pedi before traveling and as I was getting it I noticed the lady was cutting my big toenail for the aesthetic. But the way she did it I knew my nail was going to grow back painfully. I now have it digging into my skin. It’s pretty expensive the least they could do is care about the quality.

I came in with my mom for a fill and was having a great experience at first. Then I checked my nails and noticed they weren't filed very nicely or evenly so I asked the man if he could fix them. He went from telling me my finger was just crooked, to trying to hand me the file to do it myself, to throwing his hands up saying he gave up. The whole time, I tried to tell him it was okay if he couldn't make them even but he just kept telling me I was wrong. I've gotten my nails done for years, this is the first time I've had a problem with a nail tech not being able to get my nails straight. I was transferred to a different tech and was able to leave feeling very good about the end result. This one is tough. They do great nails!!! Place is clean and a good vibe. My first experience was so great! Then I took my daughter there who had just gotten a set of acrylics put on ("somewhere else"). We went to see Heidi (who does a great job) but all we needed was French tips "painted on" and some small little cherries. super easy and basic and she charged me $60.00 do just paint her nails. That is just a little to much. The gal that did my nails charged me $75.00 for mine. She did do a full set for me and paint them but I do believe they were not happy about us coming in as walk ins, and wanting for a new set but that is literally their job. The feeling they gave us this visit was not a good one. you could tell they were annoyed and up charged us because of it. Not cool! So again grea

I haven't done my nails in years and had no idea where to go. A friend recommended new image and I am not disappointed. I had a specific want for my upcoming vow renewal ceremony and she couldn't do exactly that design but i really like the color and flower she could do.

Honestly not sure where all these bad comments are coming from. Salon is clean, well lit and has tons of good energy. I’ve been here a handful of times and when I go in they remember me by name. Andrew is my nail tech and always does a wonderful job and speaks great English and actually tries to have a conversation with you. When I received my pedicure it was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Great chair and he actually took his time with massaging my feet and caring about the general health of my foot instead of just painting my toes and moving on.
