New Image Nail Salon

I had a very good experience, the place is very clean and too crowded, reasonable prices. I got a manicure and pedicure from Sue, she did a excellent job!! She paid attention to all the details.. I highly recommend this salon!!!

I called because it’s really close to my house and I wanted to ask a few questions before coming in. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with was very rude and just hung up on my face after i was asking to just send a picture so she can confirm if she would be able to do it or not . I had already seen the comments, but that interaction confirmed my decision not to move forward.

First time here and it was a bad experience. The foot attendant did not scrub my foot enough so their was still dead skin. Then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay $10 for a callous treatment. What? Just use the scrubber and do your job!! The person in charge was just as useless when I voiced my concern. They looked at me like I was crazy. I didn't appreciate that they were also talking about me in their language. I may not know the language but I could tell that they were saying comments about me. Not good for business. I will never go here again!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I went for the first time, the service is horrible, I went for a normal pedicure, it was $30 without VAT, the girl didn't even take 15 minutes. The owner literally almost makes you leave 10 dollars in tips and if you don't she gets angry, the polish they put on my nails the next day fell off, it fell off my fingers with a piece of paper, it looked dry. . one place was terrible, they didn't clean my nails properly, some left excess polish on the edges of my nails, I just wanted to save some time by going to that place but it was a disaster, look for a good place or at least one that has enamels that last or are of good quality. Don't waste your money on this place.

don’t even waste your time . I came here thinking my nails were going to look nice and like the picture I showed but it’s the complete opposite . This set was $55 MIND YOU THIS IS A REFILL NOT EVEN A FULL SET . never coming back here again .
