I purchased a gift certificate for my wife specifically for a facial and a micro-dermabrasion . My wife scheduled an appt and requested time off of work for her appt. The day before the appt my wife called to confirm (they did not call her). She was told they are currently unable to perform these services and they may possibly not offer these services again. I left several messages for management to return my call and they never returned my call, I had to call them several times and my call was disconnected several times I was waiting on hold. Finally while speaking to a live person I was told they could not transfer me to anyone and the office mgr (Karen) would call me back in 1 minute. 30 mins later I still had not been called so I called back. I would recommend PedI.M health care to anyone. My experiences have been nothing but good. The staff is very friendly the doctors very thorough and your wait time is very minimal.
