New Image Hair Salon

I went to the salon on February 22nd. I explained that I was very nervous to get my hair done as I hadn’t had it done in 15+ years. I showed Chloe what I had in mind and we talked and agreed it was doable, I specifically asked her to make it as symmetrical as possible because I wear my hot up a lot and I don’t want random white streaks, she agreed to that as well. I told her wanted it to be WHITE. She never told me that it wouldn’t be able to process to white and I would have understood if she had but she said no problem! She did a test strand and it was white. I also asked for white money pieces and she asked where my part was so I showed her and then she parted my hair directly in the middle because “this is easier”. Really great people here. Tanning is great and clean. They have a flat bed, standing and curved beds. The stylist are so talented! ❤️

I only put one star because I had to in order to write a review! Tuesday I came in and asked for bangs, layers and my hair to be framed around my face I was scheduled with a woman named Chloe (who i found out today only has two yrs experience). First off my hair is wavy and was dry when she cut it but looked pretty OK for the most part so I paid her and I go home. It is now Thursday and I had called the salon back because I had straightened my hair and noticed my bangs were really uneven and she chopped the left side of my hair really far back and instead of framing my face it was a super blunt cut. Elizabeth took great care of our 3 kiddos haircuts. She helped with suggestions for my daughters hair. She quickly cut my son's hair who is somewhat bothered by haircuts. They all looked good. Also, the receptionist was helpful and friendly.
