New Image Day & Med Spa

I've been twice now. The first experience was stellar, but this most recent experience was very disappointing. Both times my wife and I have done the couples massage & soak (which is not cheap in the least, especially after you add a tip). This most recent time though, the masseuse I had was so very disappointing. I had been looking forward to getting some knots worked out and stress relief. The first 30 minutes of our 2 hr. session were literally rubbing the stone up and down in a straight line on my back. No variation in technique. I asked her to focus on my neck and shoulders especially, but that's where I found out that as soon as she noticed the knots she actively avoided them. I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at New Image Day Spa and would not recommend this place to anyone. From start to finish, the level of professionalism was far below what you would expect, especially considering how expensive their services are. For the price, the quality and overall experience did not come close to meeting my husband’s or my expectations. I’ve been to several other local spas and have had much better service elsewhere, and even the massage itself was average at best and not worth the cost. On top of that, the overall environment was uncomfortable and unprofessional. During our visit, two employees were openly arguing and talking down to each other in front of clients. I absolutely loved my first visit at New Image Day & Med Spa. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. It was clear they truly know what they’re doing. The team made sure to ask all the right questions and checked in about my needs, including snacks and product preferences, which made the experience feel very personalized. My facial was done by Britnie, and she was absolutely wonderful. Since this was my very first facial, I didn’t know what to expect, but she made me feel completely comfortable and took amazing care of me. The experience was relaxing, thorough, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend New Image to anyone looking for a new spa, they truly made my first experience an amazing one, and I will definitely be back.

Had a nice relaxing couple's massage. Overall was a nice experience. Bathrooms are very clean with nice amenities for before an after as well. Thinking about booking again but we will see. Definitely would recommend the female for message

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Spa De-Stress package at New Image which included a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Each of my services was exceptional, the providers were professional, kind, and well trained. The atmosphere and little extras made all the difference! I especially loved the electrolyte water offered after each service. The relaxation room was nice, the facility was clean, and I definitely plan on going back.
