I bought two bundles of hair of the same hair from this store and the color was completely different . When I asked for a refund or exchange, they refused — which is unacceptable. Good customer service means standing behind the products you sell, and this store clearly does not. I would not recommend shopping here unless you are okay with getting the wrong product, bad customer service, and being stuck with it.

My friend had just walked out the door and got the wrong item. They would not exchange my item. Ididn't want any money back just an exchange. They are the worse when it comes to customer satisfaction. I will never step foot back in this store.

RUN FAR AWAY! idk if people in Aiken go here because they don’t know better or what. I was referred here because of the buy one get one free pack hair. In Columbia where I live the 3 packs I need are priced at $174, that’s with no discount at all and paying for all three packs. This store, same 3 packs, with one of them supposed to be free with the discount, $238! They got that hair marked up so high to where the so called deal does not even matter! They are robbing y’all right in y’all face & y’all are letting them!

This was one of the best beauty supply stores that I ever visited. It is awesome!! They have any & and everything that a man, woman, or kid could need...and more!. I loved my visit to this store. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
