New Haven Tanning

Have been wanting to tan for a while to feel better about myself. Walked in to tan and pay for a visit and after waiting a few minutes while a trainer was training a new person the trainer eventually put up a sign while I was standing there that read “cash only” I only had a card. She said they were only going to take cash today because it would be too hard to train her on that right now. So sad. Maybe I’ll get a chance to tan another day 😞

Love the older beds! And friendly customer service

I have been tanning off and on for 20 years and they just showed me they don't care at all. In July I pd to start the unlimited tanning start 84.29 and she informed me would be 65.00 every month on 15th will come straight out great . I haven't been so I've been kicking myself to only finally make it and she tried to say I owe 87.00 I said why it comes out I thought she said yes but it must not have went through so I know mistakes happen I checked and it didn't however money was there for it so I don't know why it didn't. I said I can show you money was in there by 14th for it I don't mind paying for month since it didn't come out but I don't think I should have to pay for the other 20 in change when I already paid to start and can show proof it was there. The gals are so nice every time. The beds and lobby are always clean. There is a spot with mirrors to do your makeup or hair afterwards and the bathroom was clean. I'm on my 4th session and still can't go over 12 minutes. The bulbs are good!

First time I've used tanning beds. I enjoy it but like tanning in the sunny weather. Going on a cruise the end of April so I'm getting a tan ahead of time.
