New Happy Nails

I’ve been coming here for about two years now and have never had a single bad experience. The results are always exactly what I’m hoping for, sometimes even better! The entire team is fantastic, but I have to give a special shoutout to Jasmine. She always takes the time to check in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I’m happy, even offering thoughtful suggestions if I'm unsure of color or shape. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually get my nails done since I work with my hands full-time, but I visited New Happy Nails once last year before a vacation and had a really lovely experience. Because of that, I felt comfortable coming back again this year and made an appointment. When I arrived, I showed the design I was hoping for (velvet hearts / cat-eye hearts). Three staff members discussed it for a few minutes, and then the technician who was assigned to me simply looked at me and said “no,” without any explanation. I completely understand if a design isn’t something they’re able or comfortable doing, but the lack of explanation or alternative options made the interaction feel awkward and embarrassing. I Have been coming since the salon opened and have nothing but great things to say about them. Jasmine has been doing my dip nails with gel overlay and my nails are strong and always look amazing. If there’s ever any problem like an early chipper break, they’re quick to fix and resolve it.

I wanted to love this place. I’m in search of a good “side piece” nail salon. My usual girl is perfect, and always too busy to get me right in.— I walked in and spoke to the owner and a nail tech who does the acrylic- (apparently there are only two techs that does it there) I made an appointment for 3:30 for a pedicure and nails after. Day of I was running a few minutes behind, so I called them, they told me don’t worry take my time, when I got there I had to wait an hour, which was fine, although a little misleading. Then instead of the pedicure, I got my nails done first- Full set. Then I was ushered to the pedi chair- where one girl started my pedicure and another new girl began painting my nails- I felt rushed. Which I hate. I’ve been a client of Jasmine’s for over ten years and have been a regular since she and her sisters opened their business. Love them! Jasmine, Malinda and the other ladies are sincere, caring and always strive to provide excellence customer service. They are open to honest constructive feedback so if you have an issue tell them while you’re still at the shop - they’ll work with you on a resolution. I have referred at least five friends who have become regulars too. My gel manicures and pedicures are always pretty and last beyond two weeks. I usually return by week three because my nails grow fast leaving an unpainted area between my cuticles and nail beds.
