New Fancy Nail Salon

First off I will start off by saying that there is a younger lady who does the pedicures and she is the sweetest. She takes her time and does a really good job. HERE IS WHERE THE NIGHTMARE BEGINS: On the other hand the manager did my manicure. Her foundation for the build-a-gel was an absolute mess and some spots were missing and when I told her about it she caught an attitude and told me she wasn’t finished, so I let her be. Before she could even paint my nails she rushed me over to the pedicure and began painting my nails while I was getting my feet done. There was nail polish dripping down the side of my fingers and also my nails were uneven, she was even painting over lint!!! When I said something she laughs and tell me that she couldn’t really see because the lights were dull. WELL D

Received an acrylic fill in. My nails are round & yet each nail has a different shape / direction. While my nails were being done I was getting a pedicure, the woman doing them tried but barely cut the cuticles etc. was charged 103 for a fill in & a pedicure with no polish on my toes. Very disappointed. Overpriced and mediocre

Horrible! If I could give 0 stairs I would, this nail salon needs to be shut down. I took my fiancé here to get her nails done and she’s very upset with how they did her nails and I don’t blame her. I’m a guy and I agree with the fact that they look terrible. Now I have to take her to another spot because I can’t have my girl looking bad.

Okay so let me start off by stating that I have NEVER made or written any complaints, however, this one was very necessary. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a little less than a year. I would normally get a gel manicure with Adriana, who was amazing but she is no longer here. I have never had a bad manicure done, my nails are very easy to do. However, the last time that I had a gel manicure done, I got it done with the owner’s daughter, who is usually there at the very first table and it was terrible. First off, she ended up cutting me not once or twice but three times. Then, she did a very poor job applying the gel. It looks very lumpy, sloppy and I even had bubbles. So I have never been here before. I went to get a dip powder manicure. Had it done on a Saturday. Wednesday comes and it starts chipping off. This is suppose to last for 2 weeks. So I call and I tell the lady who did my nails the issue (who is the owner I suppose) she tells me to come in and she'll fix it. Great Thursday - I noticed the nails she did not fix just started chipping off Hasn't even been a week yet At this point it is time consuming to go to this nail salon again to have these nails fixed. I now had 3 half chipped nails after paying almost 45. 😒 Just beware.
