New Era Salon

I had my hair done by Alissah at New Era Salon in White River and had a great experience. The salon itself is absolutely stunning — it truly feels like a high-end salon when you walk in. Alissah was wonderful to work with and seemed just as excited about transforming my hair as I was. She took her time and really cared about making sure I left feeling my best. The haircut is beautiful, and even after washing my hair at home it still felt soft and fell nicely without styling. The soft face-framing pieces she added are especially pretty. The color is creamy, bright, and mostly very well blended. The front ended up a little brighter than I expected, but when I reached out she responded quickly and already offered to have me come back in to adjust it, which I really appreciated. While the

Such a beautiful salon with such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!! My favorite part is walking in to the candy dish:) Alissah is Amazing!!! Every time I come in with a look I want she just gets it and it turns out better than I could imagine!!

BEWARE!!! Fake until you make it is what this salon offers!! They might look high end but they're not and their skills show it. I paid $500 for a haircut and an all over color service with a mini express foil for front of my fringe (6) foils when I came in blonde. This looked nothing like what I asked for. Alissah, the owner of the company didn’t want to acknowledge my complaint and didn't respond to my message until I returned to salon when she wasn’t there. I finally got her to address the issue and got a call back with her instantly assuming I came in disrespectful which didn’t happen. Alissah let me know there was a no fix policy for disrespect and she wouldn’t honor fixing my hair, until I suggested she looking at her camera footage to show I was not in any way disrespectful.
