I found out about New Era Barbershop through word of mouth! My coworker highly recommended Shastane, so I decided to book an appointment. The appointments are made online through Square which makes it easy to avoid wait times from walking in! Upon my first visit, I explained the style I wanted to go for, as well as showed visual representation, and within 20min, Shastane had transformed my hairstyle to be exactly what I showed her, arguably even better! I would always wear hats prior to my visit, had done so for years, and after getting my new look, I retired my hat forever! It was so good, I brought my son for an appointment to see her, and she transformed my son’s look entirely! She was very gentle and bubbly with my son, he wasn’t nervous even for a second! I first met Samuel about two years ago after my dad put me on to him. My dad has been going to Samuel for a while too. There was a break in between, and it actually took me about a year to find out he was back in town, but once I did, I started going to him again right away. He is incredibly skillful, always listens to what you want, and makes you feel comfortable every time you are in the chair. Samuel puts real effort into making the barbershop feel friendly and welcoming. You can tell he cares about his clients and the overall atmosphere. The other barbers are talented as well, and you can see it in their work and how happy their clients are. Highly recommend this place. Great cuts, great people, and a really good vibe overall.

I had my first cut with new era from Ramos and it was great. It turned out exactly how I wanted, Affordable, super friendly and treated me like family. I will be coming back frequently.

They use quality products, and you can tell they take pride in their work. On top of that, the conversation was easy and enjoyable, making the whole experience even better.
