New Concept Nail & Spa

As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeting with smiles, everyone is so friendly. It’s beautiful inside with a true spa feeling. The pedicure was very relaxing and my manicure looks amazing!

I went with my friends and was so disappointed. after 5 days my nails look like this. Also my friend's nails are very bumpy. We also did regular pedicure, and the lady do it in like 10 minutes. I think because there were only three people working in the store, and they were rushing to do the next one.😞😞

Horrible. Genuinely horrible. I went for an SNS manicure, the woman doing my nails was so aggressive, she rushed the job incredibly. She gave me cuts in my cuticles, i was in visible pain from how rough she was being with my nails. Then a woman asked me if I wanted a 10 minute massage, and I didn’t hear her say it was going to be $12, and I didn’t have enough money for that. So when I go to pay I had $3 less than i needed and they made it a giant deal in front of everyone in the salon. Extremely unprofessional, will never be going back.

I tried many nail salons in the area; from Coco Nail, Ocean Beauty to Grace Nails and everything in between; this is the only place I keep going back. My manicure last longer than a week, always looks amazing & I’m currently obsessed with my Halloween design! The costumer service is amazing. I have done nail designs twice and absolutely love it . I grew up in the city and I’m extremely particular about nail salons. So, trust me they are pretty amazing at it. I always get regular manicures tho, so unfamiliar with the gel nails, acrylic nails etc. #JustInCase P.S. They are under new management, I understand that the prior management experience was not the best ( I have heard the stories).

I made an appointment, but I was put on hold for 45 minutes. They just take another walking person before me? Then I had a pedicure and gel manicure. And the pedicure was very quick，like 10mins！！Also Look at the thumb. Its waste my time to get something like this. Price is too high, not worth it, won't go back to this store.
