My girlfriend booked an online appointment and when she got there the nail tech said "she didn't know because that's her husbands job" and worked on 2 people at the same time. That wouldn't be an issue if the nails actually came out well, but they didn't. I'm not a nail technician by any means but they are the worst i've ever seen her have. I asked for a refund but they insisted she come back instead and get them redone, but after her complaining they were done “the new york way” we didn’t have much confidence in a second attempt. We tried calling them at first but they kept passing the phone around saying "we don't understand" until they hung up. So when I went in personally for a refund she kept telling us to come back instead which we never agreed to in the first place so I just walked

Had a great experience at Classic Nail! The precision filing and buffing was some of the best I’ve had—super clean and careful without rushing. I also loved that they brought a curated selection of gel nail colors right to the chair. No more standing around staring blankly at the wall trying to choose. The space was spotless and the whole vibe felt calm and professional

Went here for the first time a month ago. Absolutely horrific. My sister and I had scheduled our appointment for two uv gel manicures with extensions. She filed my nails so thin it was sensitive to the touch, when she put my nail in the lamp it felt like fireee (I’ve had uv nails before and they’ve burned but not like that).I told her I couldn’t continue and had to do dip. Same thing happened with my sister she almost passed out from the pain. We do the dip powder and one of my nails was pointing downward from being put on incorrectly. They looked so horrible I had to file them short the second picture is 3 days after. I was also cut 3 times and they didn’t clean it. My thumb nail had lint in it and wasn’t smooth( hard to tell in picture).Not to mention it was 60$ and took over 2 hours. Ve

Gel manicure was $30 and didn’t even last 2 weeks, the women were super nice until I got some attitude about how much I tipped, but $72 for a mani pedi and the manicure hasn’t even lasted 1.5 weeks is so disappointing
