(New) Clara Nails & Beauty Supply

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I originally lived in the area, but moved over 18 years ago and now live 40 minutes away. I’ve tried the nails salons in my area, but they do not compare to this salon.

I've only been here once for mani and I loved it. Zoila is great! She's very detailed to make sure the nail polish is even, looks clean, etc. I'm very easy, since I never get designs or anything, but I feel like for that same reason, techs don't usually pay much attention or put in much effort. My go-to place is always booked and I came here as a walk-in. So, I wll be coming back.

Very clean, very nice people and the overall atmosphere was tranquil. My place to go, and the prices are decent. And..for the most part I've had pleasant experiences, but this last visit getting a gel nail set my cuticle was destroyed and bled profusely. Here it is a week later and it's still bothering me. I'm not sure what happened, If it was the vibrating chair or the fact that the manicurist was on her phone..😞 However I'll still make this my place to go, keeping a close eye on my cuticles. Last two photos are from two weeks later..

Love the workers. So welcoming. First time and had a great experience. They're very thorough and did great job with my gel nails. Will be coming more in the future.

WARNING: OVERCHARGING of customers and VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR by owner! I have been a faithful customer of this shop for over 2 years. Even during COVID, I supported this business immediately after they reopened. The ladies who work there are very friendly, professional, and talented. As a result, I tip them very well. The owner is not the warmest person, but has always been respectful... until now. I have never had an issue with his shop, but the moment I shared a simple, rectifiable concern with the owner, he became very rudest and sarcastic. I have since read many reviews complaining about his rude behavior. Customers/Consumers, we continue to ignore and/or accept bad behavior from business owners because we are creatures of habit.
