New City Nails

Every time I come here, I get charged a different fee. Today I got charged for them, cutting my nails.An extra five dollars I specifically told her we don't need to cut them because after you file them, they will be shorter and she agreed.But they still charged me. Please ask what you're being charged for instead of just paying. And they never seem to understand when you're explaining it.And that's very frustrating.. Shame on them

I love them!!! Every time I’ve been here they did a wonderful job! I used to go to Lux Nails and it was so expensive and I never knew if I was going to like my nails or not and this place is half the price and do a way better job!! She took her time and did them PERFECTLY look how good they look!! I love them! Thank you Enna! :) the first pic is what I asked for and the second pic is what I got. Perfection! She’s so talented!

No matter what you're still going to pay $75 full set or fill so you might as well get a design on every finger I even give $10 tip everytime except today made an appointment last week just to wait 30 minutes she couldn't even finish my nails a drop of nail polish in a machine and is still charging full price for shellac Never again such a joke

They are Amazing!!! Great prices great people go see Tom!! Update: they lie to there customers my guy no longer works there and instead of telling me he no longer works here. They lied to me and told me he was on vacation. When he is at a different nail salon now, but I found him looking for a different salon! Don’t lie to your customers! And don’t rush people in and out the door. We come in to relax and get our nails done and if you’re just worried about how many people you can get in and out the door, you’re gonna cut peoples fingers and everything else which is why I don’t like anybody else there and why I only saw that one specific person! do better or lose customers so anybody looking for Tom he’s not hard to find and he’s not far!
