I have gone here quite often.. it is decent massage most of the time and convenient for me. After today, I will never be back. Ever. I have always been turned off by paying first, but I assumed maybe they got burnt in the past. So I let it go..I think it's a terrible policy and sets a bad tone, but whatever. I tipped prior to my massage, because I paid with a card. After the massage, the woman had the nerve to tell me that $25 tip was not enough. It was a 90 minute massage ($90). That's above 20%.. before I ever received any services. I was told they only get paid tips.. nothing for the $90 I paid. Well, that's on the owner.. not me. I also have tipped extra at the end when the massage is very good.. So unprofessional.. extremely disappointing. I won't be back and will be sure to let ever

I am an avid massage customer for 30 years. Wanted to try this place. Ive been enjoying massages for years and NEVER complained on a site before, nor have I ever complained. So, here goes. I wanted to check this place out because I desperately needed relief and was too far from my regular massage parlor. Paid for massage beforehand. Thought it was strange but I let it go. Beginning of massage was good. Halfway through the massage, the massage therapist kept her phone right next to my head and every time she received a message-it vibrated and then i would feel only one hand on my body more than once as she was answering text messages. The masseuse was skilled, attentive, and catered to my specific needs and preferences throughout the massage. Their technique is very accurate providing the perfect balance between stress and relaxation. We left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we walked in the door. The overall experience was first class and we will definitely be returning for a massage in the near future I highly recommend [the massage place] to anyone who needs some self-care and relaxation. I saw this spa had great reviews and I was so tired they were the nicest people and loved this place. The masseuses are very friendly, professional and high quality. It may not be as aesthetically updated as the more expensive spas, but the bottom line is that they offer quality massages at a better price and are easier to book services in less time. Don't worry about cleanliness either, I will come again.

The service is the issue. Paying prior to services is not the norm and IMO... feels cheap. Encouraging to TIP prior to services is distasteful. A tip is earned. While I would NEVER not provide a tip to a service worker.. my tip is not a set percentage. Decent service vs excellent service should be tipped accordingly. When I tipped well over 20% prior to service, and then was given a sob story to tip more at the end.. I was completely turned off. I will never be back (and was a weekly repeat customer). I will be taking my money and tips elsewhere.
