New Best Barber

I really wanted to like this place, but there were a few red flags. First, I was told 20$ outside when they were advertising during the Momo crawl, I was told 15$ again upon entry, and then back to 20$ when it was all done; a bit shady. Second, my head is usually fine during haircuts, but it was *incredibly* itchy end irritated this time, to the point that the barber commented on it. Relatedly, one of their razors kept nicking at my head -- the only conclusion I could find is that they don't clean or oil their razors, which is really terrifying and unhygienic, if true. Third, even though my hairline on top *is* uneven because of former untalented barbers, this barber made my lines uneven -- one is about an inch higher than the other, and only one hooks down.
