Ashley did an AMAZING job on my hair. I showed her a picture of what I was looking to get done and she nailed it. She is very friendly and happy I feel like I knew her forever after the first time ever meeting. She is awesome at coloring hair you will not be disappointed!

Was not happy with color and so called "cut" .and style with Stephanie at $175!!! I asked her to trim both sides to same length and she said she didn't have time because her next appointment was waiting. She was 15 minutes late showing up for my appointment then rushed me to get to next appointment. I asked to tone out the yellow and bring in the grey to blend all over but did not get that. I would not recommend her at all, lastly Stephanie is a nice person but I will never trust her again.

I made an appointment online with Stephanie. I live 30 minutes away. I got there. I got an email confirming my 1:30 appointment. I also got a confirmation for a 2:15 appointment and nobody ever showed up. The woman that was in the shop tried calling Stephanie while I was standing there and there was no response.That's 30 minutes each way for me.Very unprofessional and I will never go back there again

Had my hair cut and colored today by Cathy. New to the area. Always difficult to find a new salon. Glad I chose New Beginning. Cathy took time to chat and find the perfect color for my hair. Super happy with my haircut too! Salon is clean and the staff is friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Called on Friday afternoon needing shampoo with cut. Spoke with Cathy, not only was she very professional on phone but was very concerned in trying to get me in. I would be traveling on Saturday so I wanted to get service on Friday but was willing to wait until Monday if necessary. Cathy was only Stylist in waiting for her client to come in for service, but she had not arrived yet, after checking her book and a phone contact with the lady, she determined lady was coming on Monday. She advised me to come on in, she would be “ glad to provide what I wanted. She greeted me with a Smile and called me by my name which I had given her earlier. She was very friendly which I really liked; making me feel at ease, since this was my first time there. I did take a picture of what I was looking
