Love it! Took me almost 3 years to find Karen Luff. She's Amazing. The salon is great and good location. Another year and still THE BEST!!! 2022- 5 years now snd still love her as much as the first day! Thanks Karen. You're the best!

Wow wow wow!!! New to area and walked in and felt so welcomed and so lucky to have Cristina fix my blonde hair. She truly is a hair genius 😍 Prices are so reasonable for great quality products and their one on one time!!!

I'd been with Phyllis for over 35 years. After she retired, I went Caroline to do my hair. She did a horrible job so I called her back to get a touch up on my highlights. She never returned my call. Hence, I am now going to another salon and will never go back. Someone should have called me back.

I have gone to New Approach for several years and always find Karen accommodating and she always does a nice job. Very pleasant and clean atmosphere. Will definitely continue to go there for my hair!
