I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely upsetting and disappointing, especially considering the price and expectations of a professional service. I paid $70 for an acrylic fill with gel polish and chrome powder, and unfortunately, the quality of the work was extremely poor. The acrylic structure is bulky, uneven, and not properly balanced. The cuticle areas are messy and not clean or tight, which is one of the most basic expectations of a professional fill. The shaping is inconsistent from nail to nail, and the overall finish looks rushed and unrefined. The chrome application was also done incorrectly. Instead of a smooth, sealed chrome finish, it appears patchy and dusty in areas, and it highlights the uneven surface underneath. Chrome powder requires careful

I came in as a walk-in and was greeted politely by the owner. I told her I needed a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. She didn’t ask whether I wanted gel polish—she just applied it automatically. I regret that now because less than 24 hours later, the gel completely peeled off two of my toes. Also the gel was on my skin as much as my toes. I do have small nail beds though. My bigger issue was the total cost. I walked out spending over $350. When I mentioned I had a back injury, she said she could do a massage. What she didn’t tell me was that she would perform treatments (cupping and coining) that would leave visible bruises all over my back. Wei and her daughter, Tiffany did a gel manicure, gel pedicure, face and brow threading, brow waxing, brow tinting and lashes tinting all in one visit for me. They are both meticulous with what they do. My nails, brows and lashes are looking fabulous! The cat eye polish is beautiful! They keep up with the new trends. Wei also taught me a trick to thicken my brows and lashes the last time I was there that really worked. Such kind people who create a relaxing experience while taking excellent care of you. Great salon to go to. Whenever I come here, Way takes really good care of me. I always come once a month to get a facial, along with a manicure and pedicure. I always feel fresh and rejuvenated every time I leave the salon. The cost is very reasonably priced. Way recommends that I call in-advance to set up an appointment. That way she can be thorough and just focus on me without much interruptions. The store is open 7 days a week and the hours are very flexible. She'll make herself available at 7am or 9pm. She even opened up the store for me at Thanksgiving. She really cares about her clients and you see it in her body language and the way she speaks to you. They all did so good! 10/10 so nice and so sweet! I love how she fixed my nails from a previous salon that did poorly. I will be returning. The woman doing my pedicure took her time, and was very adaptive to my sensitive shins.
