Went to get my girlfriends acrylics taken off. They cut her deeply with the nail drill, and didn’t even remove all the acrylics. They cut the nails too short aswell and they are bleeding

Went in for a refill and the guy working there was refilling them all over the nail and past the cuticle where it was just all over my finger and dried them using a fan. The lady then took over and started using the nail drill to get it off but she broke skin and then did a sloppy job of painting them. She then proceeded to massage my shoulders after finishing which I did not ask for and then asked for a tip.

This is the best place I have ever been to. The service is good. The nails are clean and neat. Very good.

I just walked out of this salon after getting a regular manicure. The guy who did the manicure did a very amateur job and shouldn't be doing it as a job. I could've done a better job if I did my own manicure. The nail tips were shaved and have a disproportionate shape, nail polish all over the place. Very poor job. The manicure doesn't look accurate, on some nails nail polish is skewed to the side. I do not recommend getting your nails here.

THIS IS THE BEST NAIL AND WAX SALON IN BROOKLYN. THEY DO THE FINEST WORK AND BE ASSURED YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY TO HAVE ANY SERVICE WITH THEM. I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NEW A SHANG NAIL AND SPA I LOVE THEM ALL.
