New 4-U Nails

Worst place to get nails done, I swear I never been so happy until I step foot into this nail salon, overprice for such horrible job. First I told the person doing my nails to leave them long no of course he does whatever he wanted, I go back to see if they can fix them for me because the shape and the size were wrong.., but the owner gives me an attitude and such a disgusting way to treat a customer after paying 90 dollars never eve again ! Please take your money somewhere else..,

Been coming here for years. Most times my nails come out perfect. Very clean salon. Probably one of the best.

Not 100% happy. My nail tech Cindy, did a fabulous job on my manicure, which is why they got 3 stars. But they charged me $78 for my 13 year old daughter’s pedicure! Not even with tip. I’ve NEVER paid that much in my whole life for a pedicure, especially for a child. 😟 I guess I’ll do better and make sure I know all of the fees before we start. So I guess that’s my fault.

I am new to the area and went here once before based on a recommendation. It was a bit pricey but I was very pleased with the service. Not so today. I was treated very badly compared to other customers that came in or were already there. I was even asked if I knew how much my service was which I found offensive. I also asked for a pedicure which I never received and was rushed out the door. I was extremely disappointed and will not return. I think my business might be appreciated elsewhere. I’m sure another establishment would be happy to have my business. And for the record this is the first time I have ever complained about anything .I really felt that small.

I have been taking my sister here for the past 5 years when I visit her from NJ and Jane and the team (John, Lee, Brian, Sam, etc.) are excellent! They are positive, professional, quick, and simply fantastic! Today I treated us both to a 10-minute back massage while our nails were drying and John and Brian were great. Will definitely keep getting massages when we get our nails in the future.
