Nevaeh Salon & Spa of Minerva

I had an amazing experience at Neveah's today! We were lucky enough to enjoy our spa pedicures in their brand-new spa chairs in the new addition, and it was such a treat. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the service was truly top-notch. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtful and professional. We had a great day and left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend Neveah’s if you’re looking for quality service and a little self-care you won’t be disappointed!

Long wait even with an appointment, unprofessional, painful half-assed pedicure and treated like an inconvenience. I was really looking forward to an appointment at this salon I was gifted. From their photos and aesthetics, it seemed like I was in for a treat, and couldn't have been more disappointed. Despite having an appointment and not being late, I had a long wait. Once I was sat, I was basically ignored the entire time while the girl just did the absolute minimal pedicure I've ever had skipping a bunch of steps much less "high end" salons do routinely and kept walking away throughout. The appointment was rushed and she didn't even do a good job. I will not be returning.

Had appointment for a fullset acrylic. Sat for almost 2 hours getting them done one nail was put on sideways. Tech said she knew she would fix it, she worked and filed the nail for 20 minuets burned my finger filling so hard saying she didnt see my nail being a different size then the rest and it's so skinny compared to the rest. I had to leave I have baby's I had to get home to. 2 days later about half the nails are coming up!! 95 dollars later, NOT worth it at ALL☆!!

I'm sorry but I was to upset to post the day that I got my hair cut I have had some good hair cuts in the past and some really bad ones. This last haircut was extremely short and extremely uneven all over, sadly I wasn't able to see what mistakes were done because I didn't have my glasses on and plus when she styled it I didn't notice it and it seemed okay until I got home and looked it over. I'm beyond disappointed because I went to this stylist before and she did an okay job, but this time around I was like what the heck happened to my hair and it's not what I asked you for I wanted it cut over my ears and a high stacked Bob you shaved and then razered the heck out of my hair and in so many different lengths which I don't understand for a high stacked bob. Luckily I found someone else
