Nevaeh Salon & Spa of Hartville

I was really hoping this place would work. Had a manicure and pedicure, the very next day toes and nails were chipped and 2 full polish just pulled right off in one piece. Left a message i wanted full refund and I was going to be leaving for vacation at 5am. Received a phone call the next day and wanted me to come in to have the polish redone. Then only received a refund for the manicure. Atleast they called back.

I booked a full glam day for my wedding (hair, makeup and nails) crystal was amazing and did my hair beautifully! She listened to what i wanted gave me helpful suggestions! I brought in some flowers and my crown and she showed me how to properly put them in my hair and put my personal flowers in my braids! She even sent me with extra bobby pins in case i wanted to add anything to my hair. I was a bit worried because i booked the appointment for 10am and my ceremony wasnt until 6pm but my hair and makeup help up beautifully!

Excellent experience. Broke a nail 2 weeks after Gel polish and fixed it ar no charge. Very helpful with explaining products. Took extra time with my daughter when she was anxious. Highly recommend!

The store is beautiful, but highly deceiving. They appear to be a 5 star salon but full of inexperienced stylists. My hair fell out of the “curl” the stylist gave me within the first 10 minutes. This is my 3rd attempt to go to Nevaeh because it’s close to my home but the service has never been good.

I am going to give this place one more try and hopefully my review will be five stars and not two. I have been here twice once for a haircut and the second time for a service that I wasn't able to get. When I got my haircut in February, the stylist was nice, but standoffish and quiet. I really needed advice on what to do with my hair and I understand if they can't give it, but I was looking for help with like framing my face. The stylist said they're prefer to do dry cuts so that was all I had and it was pretty quick and I was out of there. I said I wanted some face framing pieces and she just cut like two little pieces at my chin and that was it. My most recent visit I made the appointment on April 10th and my appointment is for April 26th and I drove 45 minutes for this appointment. Now
