BEST SALON IN MEMPHIS! They do it all and give you the royal treatment! I love my hair so much! Natalie and Janna are phenomenal! ALL THE STARS! I highly highly recommend!

My husband and I have been going to this establishment for almost 5 years. Recently I was there for an appointment when this owner started shouting at a young lady that she was fired ( which I know she can’t do if they are only renting a spot). The owner was running around like a chicken with its head cut off hollering all sorts of insults. She was telling the young lady to get out. An older couple helped her move out without any problems and they kept quiet trying to do so without disturbing business. This owner would not shut up. It was obvious her husband was trying to contain her. I left and once outdoors three police cars showed up. The young girl was giving them her account and I walked over and told them what I saw. Even the police said it was a good thing she was leaving that place

I have been going to Neuvo for many years. This salon is the best salon by far in Memphis. Everyone treats u like family and they know exactly what your hair needs and how to make you look fabulous. I always leave feeling 10 years younger!
