I had my braids done and I didn't like it. The one who did my hair, she call herself Valarie. ( you know that's not their real names) She was very unprofessional, loud and rude. my braids were loose. 2 braids came out within a weeks! I took the braids out and my hair was hard. She probably got mad. Cause I told her she was being loud

Got my hair done for a my Birthday Cruise these braids was neat and I was able to style them and all will be returning 👏🏾🥰

I last minute needed some braids for thanksgiving giving they got it done quickly and neatly 10/10 and so polite.

I came to this establishment and asked the stylist did they know how to do crochet braids. They told me yes and I made an appointment. This stylist did not know how to do crochet. She left numerous holes showing my scalp; even though she used 9 bags of hair! I was very, very disappointed in her work and told her so! A week later, I went to another shop down the street from them; so they could close up the big part in the middle of my head. Then, the new stylist filled up a lot spaces; showing my scalp! I am not sure if they know how to do braids! But, I can definitely tell you not to come for crochet braids! It was a waste of my money and time!

I’ve been going to Netty’s for years and always got quality service from Valarie; however yesterday I took my daughter to get medium box braids by appointment and I got POOR service to say the least. They gave me a nee person and I think she was practicing on my child’s hair. The braids look horrible and they still wanted full payment. Netty told me the braids will look better in a day or so. I’m extremely displeased and I will NEVER patronize them again nor will I ever refer them to anyone else. Go at your own risk. If you’re not serviced by Valerie, GOOD LUCK!
