The staff are always friendly, attentive, and professional, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. The North Shore Neroli location is great for a relaxing haircut experience, which includes a shampoo, deep condition, scalp massage, cut, and blow dry. Even the less experienced stylists are great. My fiancé and I love spa dates at Neroli on the North Shore (we love downtown as well). We try to get monthly massages. While the services are amazing the amenities make you feel like you are on vacation. The steam showers with Aveda products and the foot soak before a massage. Honestly - AMAZING!

I was hoping to use a gift card I had received even though I knew it was quite old. I checked the balance online before I scheduled my appointment and it stated it was valid and I had the funds available for use, went to my appointment and then was informed it was expired when I went to pay for my service. Had I known that the POS system and their online system for checking gift card balances gave different information in regards to the gift card, I would have booked a less expensive service. There was no expiration date on my digital gift card. It's very unfortunate that this business did not honor the gift card. Please be wary of gift card purchases and dates at this establishment. On the other hand my massage was fabulous.

I have been going to Neroli for over 10 years. The level of service and attention to guest experience is the best in the area. Kim is the absolute best hair designer and is very knowledgeable in both color and cutting. Would recommend this salon to anyone looking for an amazing experience to relax and get pampered.
